BoomAU Signal Rating Disclaimer

Last updated: 2026-04-17

BoomAU publishes four signal ratings — Strong, Good, Fair, Weak — which summarise the strength of the data signals we observe for an Australian suburb at the time of publication. A signal rating is a rating of data, not a directive to transact. A “Strong” rating is not a recommendation to buy, and a “Weak” rating is not a recommendation to sell or avoid.

BoomAU is an information service. It does not know your financial position, borrowing capacity, objectives, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, or long-term plans. Nothing we publish takes any of these into account. Nothing we publish constitutes financial advice, investment advice, real-estate advice, tax advice, legal advice, credit advice, or a buyer's agent service.

Residential real estate is not, of itself, a “financial product” under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and BoomAU does not hold, nor does it represent that it holds, an Australian Financial Services Licence. BoomAU is not licensed as a buyer's agent, real-estate agent, or property adviser in any Australian state or territory, and does not negotiate, bid, transact, or deal in real estate on behalf of any person.

Signal ratings are generated from historical and recent public and commercial data. Property markets are subject to regime shifts, policy changes, interest-rate movements, and local factors that no model fully captures. Ratings can change. Past ratings do not predict future outcomes.

Before making any property decision you should conduct your own due diligence, obtain independent legal and financial advice, commission building and pest inspections, obtain a qualified valuation, and satisfy yourself of all material facts. You transact at your own risk.
